Easy Ways How To Share Google Calendar On iPhone And iPad

If you are a group leader in school or work and are tasked with reminding the presentation date, it's a good idea to note it down via Google Calendar.

Sometimes we have reminded repeatedly through chat either in groups or personally, but still there are group members who forget. We can minimize this by using the schedule sharing feature in Google Calendar.

It can also be used for other things like sharing birthdays, reminding each other of upcoming events, family trips, and so on.

Follow these steps to share Google Calendar on iPhone and iPad:

Invite people to your Calendar events. You can add anyone with an email address to an event, even if they don't have Google Calendar.

Add people to your event

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google Calendar app.
  2. Edit or create the event you want to add people to.
  3. Tap Edit Edit.
  4. Tap Add guest.
  5. Enter the name or email address of the person you want to invite.
  6. Tap Done.
  7. To see when your guests are available, swipe down or tap View schedule.
  8. Tap Save.

When you save an event, we will email invites to guests.

You can only add people to events that aren't automatically generated from Gmail.
