How to Save MacBook Pro Battery By Changing Screen Refresh Rates

MacBook Pro is a notebook device designed especially for professionals.

The 14-inch MacBook Pro and 16-inch MacBook Pro feature an Apple Pro Display XDR (Xtreme Dynamic Range) display panel that offers better brightness and contrast ratio.

The 14-inch MacBook Pro and 16-inch MacBook Pro displays support adaptive refresh rates up to 120Hz.

Interestingly, users can customize the refresh rates of the MacBook Pro screen according to their needs.

With lower refresh rates, battery consumption will be minimal but the screen motion quality is less smooth.

Meanwhile, high refresh rates will make the MacBook Pro screen smoother and can improve the user experience when watching movies, working, or playing games.
